Repair policy

We promise never to replace a damaged windscreen if a repair can be undertaken.

What damage can be repaired?

  • Zone A damage up to 1 cm
  • Zone B damage up to 1.5 cm
  • Zone C damage up to 2.5 cm
  • Zone D damage up to 4 cm

A windscreen with damage within 3 cm of its edge should be replaced and no more than 3 defects can be repaired.

If a chip is located near the ADAS camera the windscreen will need to be replaced.
